I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Hello, I have used a popular brand for 10 years, but thought I would try yours, I was impressed from the start. Much cleaner, easier to use, less effects on the skin .I.e. scorching. Nice smell, easier clean up. I won't go back to other brand now. Well done 👏
I had never waxed before using this product, and I am now a fan!! These strips are pretty easy to use and surprisingly quick. The results last longer than shaving, so it’s worth the time. Varying strip sizes allow you to wax multiple areas. My favorite thing about this product is that it’s more eco friendly than other similar products on the market. Downside: it’s pretty uncomfortable; however, if you’re someone who already does waxing it probably won’t be that big of a deal for you. I have pretty sensitive skin and although the waxing was uncomfortable, I didn’t have any type of reaction to the waxing strips. I’ll continue using these.
Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
Hi, I recently purchased your product and felt nice when I opened it. It was nice to see the Thank you card, it made me feel nice and that you appreciated me purchasing your product, well done. Now that I have used the product I must say it is the nicest wax I have ever used at home. It was smooth to apply, it held a consistent heat allowing an even coverage. The finer details of the packaging are really nice, promoting the future for recycling and using natural materials. The size of the container is great. It is something I would pack when going on a holiday and great for one or two waxes. The price is appropriate and affordable. Very Impressed, I will be purchasing Anthony her one tomorrow just in case the word gets around. This product is a winner

Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

These have been a lifesaver! They are so convenient and gentle and streamline my whole grooming routine. This has been my first experience with waxing and this product is perfect for extra sensitive skin. My underarms have not been irritated at all. Great product!
This is the best waxing product I've used! Especially good for bikini and underarm areas. The formula and application spatula provide control over where the wax goes, making it so much easier than other kits, even a little less painful! The greatest part: after waxing, just a little warm water will rinse away any wax residue on your skin and on the reusable cotton strips!!
Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. We always have to have one pack of each at home so I stock up during a sale. Thanks for making a facial wax that actually does the job.
Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...

Hi Natalie, I used your Nad’s Facial wax strips this morning and I love them. I’ve used 2 other, Nair and Sally Hansen, and neither compared to yours! I was amazed at how easy they are to use and how the strips removed all the hair with ease. Also, there was hardly any wax residue left on my face. The powder is amazing I always wax my face with your facial wax product and I find it hard to get all the hairs with the powder it instantly grabs onto all the hairs and removed everything at once!!!!! Please tell me you sell the powder separately it's amazing!!

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
These work so great! Quick and easy to use as well, I've only used waxing strips once before but these were a lot more simple and effective.

I live on the Nthn Beaches for over 60 yrs. As a young teen, I used to watch my mother pluck hair from her chin and thought "I will never want to do that!". Alas I have spent decades plucking, especially after giving birth to 4 children, the hormones played havoc with aweful stubble on my chin, and above the top lip... ugghh. Last week I noticed Nad's Facial Wax Strips were on special at my local supermarket, so I purchased a box. As soon as I returned home, I hurriedly opened the box, followed the easy instructions and to my amazement there were no more hairs. It took less than 5 minutes and the wax oil wipes were the icing on the cake. The oil left my skin feeling soft and silky and hairless! Thankyou for the "special" buy, in more ways than one.
Good product. I like this wax pen but it’s kind of difficult to apply being you don’t warm the wax up. It comes with a cleanser soap and the wax strips which is nice but i think if the wax could be warmed up it would work better.
I’ve been wanting to try this! Usually I get the wax in the cup by bliss but this is so much easier to use and it feels really nice after I wash off all the sugar. This is not wax! Which is a plus because after you’re done waving you have to use the wax remover and sometimes there is always residue. This is just sugar so I just hop in the shower and gone! I’ve tried this the times now and every time there’s been nothing left to rinse off. Would recommend to anyone! You do have to get a knack for sugar waxing but it’s literally almost the same as regular wax.

This hair removal cream really works well! I've tried many over the years, and this is the first that I'd buy again. It smoothes on nicely, and wipes off the hair easily. Does not bother my skin like others have. I 100% recommend it!
I would like to say I've been using ur wax strips for years and have loved them...very best in the market for effectively removing hair. I just saw these new strips with Shea butter you produced, absolulety amazing if i may say! I didn't know how u guys could improve but you have. When placed on the skin have a nice cooling effect to them and removes hair almost flawlessly. Thats the first time i have seen a wax strip remove all the hair in one go. Very impressed! Not only that but they tear less when pilling the strips apart and i have halfed the amount of usage i would normal need. Will definitely be buying more of these, i just wanted to show my appreciate with an email and say great job to Nads!

I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.

Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. I received my Eyebrow Wand as a gift so I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. My eyebrows are light and already fairly shapely and therefore I have never justified the need to go to a Professional, but I still always maintained my eyebrows using at-home kits. Up until I received the Nads Eyebrow Wand I had painstakingly plunked and shaped my eyebrows using tweezers, it was always so time consuming! I love the Original Gel. If you follow the instructions, there is 100% hair removal with little to no pain. Other than the effectiveness, my favorite part about the Gel is the ability to wash it off with water- meaning no sticky mess after. So far on week 3 with smooth hair-free skin! Highly recommend.

Pretty happy with the wax strips. Saves a bit of time not having to exfoliate however doesn't decrease the pain .. eep! Overall a good product with a nice scent.

This Natural Sugar Wax Kit is amazing! Comes with everything you need for multiple full waxes. The strips are washable and reusable. This wax is so easy to use and gets even the thinnest of hairs. This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. So any misplaced wax or spills are easily cleaned up with water. Just water. This would make a great gift for a beginner waxer as well.
This is the first time I've used any Nads product and I can say it did not disappoint. I used this for my bikini area and it was so simple to use and not painful (no more so than getting it done professionally) at all. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. I love that everything is reusable, and even after one use, still have a decent amount of wax left for next time. For some context, my bikini area is not very thick or coarse, so I really can not say how this would work on someone with thicker hair, and only speak from my experience. All I can say is I wish I found this sooner because I would have saved so much money doing it myself than going to a spa/salon. My grooming life has changed for the better from here on out.
When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.
I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!
