Sucrose, Aqua (Water), Phoenix dactylifera (Date) fruit extract, Mel (Honey), Acetum (Vinegar), Citrus limon (Lemon) juice, Citric acid, CI 19140 (Yellow 5), CI 42090 (Blue 1).
How to Use
- Clean - Thoroughly clean the area to be treated using a Nad's Cleansing Wipe or non-moisturising soap.
- Apply - Briskly rub wand between the palms of your hands for 20-30 seconds, remove the wand cap and slowly twist the end until gel appears at wand tip. When first used, this may take up to 20 twists. To ensure the gel melts with your body heat slowly and firmly apply a thin layer of gel in the direction of hair growth (hair growth should be at least 3-5mm or 1/8-1/5inches long. Only apply the gel over the hair you wish to remove. Any excess will wash away with water.
- Remove - Immediately place cotton strip over the gel and firmly smooth over with your fingertips in the direction of hair growth. Holding skin taut, quickly pull strip off in opposite direction of hair growth. Remember to hold skin taut with the other hand and to pull close and parallel to the skin rather than away from the skin. Nad's Cotton Strips can be washed and re-used.

Warnings and Precautions
- DO NOT MICROWAVE PRECISION EYEBROW WAX WAND.
- Waxing may not be suitable for the elderly or diabetics.
- Do not use if taking oral retinoids or using topical retin A.
- Do not use if you are having any dermatological treatment such as facial/skin peels, dermabrasion or laser resurfacing.
- Do not use on sunburnt, dry, flaky, broken or irritated skin, over warts, pimples, moles, wounds or varicose veins or if you have suffered any adverse reaction to waxes in the past.
- Do not use on nipple, scalp, perineal or genital areas.
- FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE, FIRST TEST THIS PRODUCT ON A SMALL PATCH OF SKIN IN THE AREA YOU WISH TO TREAT. IF AFTER 24 HOURS THERE IS NO ADVESRSE REACTION PROCEED WITH FULL APPLICATION.
- Do not use directly after a shower. Wait at least 15 minutes, when skin is dry and moisture-free.
- After use always wait 24 hours before using antiperspirant, perfume, after-shave or astringent lotion on the treated area.
- If you experience discomfort, a burning sensation or bruising, apply a cold compress to the skin. If irritation persists for over 24 hours, seek medical advice.
- Gel may become ineffective if it comes in contact with water.
- DO NOT store in the bathroom. Store in a dry, moisture-free environment and away from direct sunlight.
PRECAUTIONS FOR WIPES:
- Conduct a test patch on a small patch of skin in the area you wish to treat. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction proceed with full application.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse with water. If irritation persists seek medical advice.
- For external use only.

Yes, all Nad's Hair Removal products are cruelty-free.
Simply rinse the cotton wax strips in warm water and allow for them to dry before re-using.
You should only need to wax every 3 to 6 weeks. Wait at least 24 hours before waxing again. Do not wax the same area twice in a single waxing session.
When using a Sugar Wax, Gel Wax or Hard Wax, the hair needs to be at least 2-5mm in length.
When using a Wax Strip, the hair needs to be at least 2-5mm in length.
A pimply rash is quote common and is the skin's reaction to having hair pulled from the root.
If the skin has been removed then it is not being held taut and also the strip is being applied over the same spot more than once. Also, if the skin is excessively dry; this could make the skin susceptible to tearing if waxed.
Bruising may be a result of either applying too thick a layer of gel or not holding your skin taut enough. Whilst this is rare, bruising may occur in some situations as a result of;
- applying the gel too thickly. It is important to apply a thin layer of gel to prevent the product from tugging the skin when the strip is removed
- failing to hold the skin taught when removing the strip. It is important to keep the skin taut to minimise movement of the skin and hence prevent bruising
- diabetes. Diabetics are prone to bruising due to poor blood circulation
- Pre existing skin or circulatory issues.
NOTE: If you have a skin condition, always check the recautions in the instruction leaflet to ensure yours is a suitable skin type.
The Cotton Strips have been designed to be washed and reused. Simply hand wash the used Cotton Strips in warm, soapy water and lay flat to air dry. You can also fold a used Strip in half and warm between you hands to re activate the wax. This can be done multiple times until no longer effective.
There are a number of reasons why bruising, swelling and/or irritation may occur so it's important to ALWAYS read the precautions and perform a patch test before treatment to ensure you're skin is suitable.
- Here are some of the things to look out for. Refer to the precautions for more information.
- Are you a diabetic/take oral retinoids(antibiotics)/is your skin very inelastic or dry? If so, you should not be using this product. For a detailed explanation of suitable skins types, you should refer to our instruction leaflet.
- Did you remember to keep the skin taut as you pulled the strip off? This is essential to prevent bruising/swelling/irritation.
- Did you pull the strip up rather than close to the skin? This can cause bruising/swelling/irritation.
- Did you go over the same area more than twice on your face? Do not re-wax the area if your skin is irritated.
- Did you use the product just before or during your period? Your skin is really sensitive during this time and I wouldn’t recommend waxing until after your period. You will find that it will be a far less painful experience then.
- Was the hair very long? We advise to trim the hair to 5mm, as longer hair will be more painful to remove and you might experience bruising/swelling/irritation.
NOTE: It's quite normal to experience a little redness or spots after waxing, especially if you're new to it. Always perform a patch test in the area to be treated and wait at least 24 hours to ensure any redness subsides before proceeding with waxing.
We recommend ensuring that the tattoo has completely healed first and to complete a small test patch on the area before full treatment.
Hair may not come out if:
- You use the Nad’s Soothing & Finishing oil wipes before using the wax.
- The area was not clean, dry and oil-free.
- Your skin was not held taut.
- You did not pull off in the opposite direction of hair growth.
- If you slowly pulled or dragged the wax off.
- If your hair was shorter than 3mm. The wax will not grip onto shorter hair.
In order for the Nad's Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper to work well on the face it needs to be a fairly thick consistency. The gel itself also adapts to the surrounding temperature so you may find it will thicken in the colder months. The gel will soften by rubbing the Wand between your hands for 30 seconds. Alternatively, place the Wand in a cup of hot water for 2 minutes, tip facing upwards, water level no higher than the ® symbol. Subsequently apply the gel slowly to the area you wish to treat and it will melt with your body heat as it goes on. Important - DO NOT place the wand in the microwave.
The Nad’s Hair Removal Eyebrow Wax Wand contains the Nad’s Natural Hair Removal Gel in a streamline applicator. Head of Nad’s R&D, Nadine Ismiel-Nash created this bestselling product using the Natural Gel that her mother, Sue, created way back in 1992.
Some people with diabetes have poor blood circulation and so may be more prone to bruising and skin irritations.
Hair may not come out if:
- it is not at least 3-5mm long
- the area is not clean and free from makeup and moisturisers
- the area is not dried after using the cleansing wipes
- too thick a layer of gel is applied – it needs to be thin
- you do not pull off the strip in the opposite direction of hair growth
- you pull off the cotton strip upwards rather than close and parallel to the skin
- the skin was not held taut.

Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.

i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.

I wear glasses and most of the time I have to take them off to wax my brows. It’s difficult and time consuming having to put my glasses on and off, over and over to make sure I’ve got the other waxing strips correct. With the eyebrow wand, I’m able to put the wax on without my glasses and then apply the strip and be done! Almost all the stores in my town have stopped carrying this. So please do not discontinue this product! It is a lifesaver (and brow saver!).

On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! Thank you soooo much Natalie for making such a brilliantly designed, sustainable, and effective product. I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. I received my Eyebrow Wand as a gift so I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. My eyebrows are light and already fairly shapely and therefore I have never justified the need to go to a Professional, but I still always maintained my eyebrows using at-home kits. Up until I received the Nads Eyebrow Wand I had painstakingly plunked and shaped my eyebrows using tweezers, it was always so time consuming! I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.
